Display Check
1. Turn off the power.
2. Wait 5 seconds or more and turn on the power. After
turning on the power, the following message should be
displayed on the upper left-hand corner of the screen:

If
the above message appears,
go to PROCEDURE 2.
If the above
message
does
not
appear:
(a)
Check that CRT indicator
is light. If CRT
indicator is light, hold
the Fn key,
then press
the Home key.
After performing (a), reperform steps 1 and 2. If the
message in step 2 still fails to appear, go to
PROCEDURE 3.
