Display modes
Display brightness
Fn + This hot key cycles through the power-on display options.
Some modes are only available with the
appropriate device attached and turned on.
The display modes are:
❖ LCD—Internal display only
❖ LCD + CRT—Internal display and external
monitor simultaneously
❖ CRT—External monitor only
❖ LCD + CRT—Internal display and external
monitor simultaneously, extended display mode

To use a simultaneous mode, you must set the resolution of
the internal display panel to match the resolution of the
external display device.
Fn + This hot key decreases the screen brightness.
Fn + This hot key increases the screen brightness.
