Usefid Functions in Tape Operation
These functions wd_help your playback

You can view the clock, hnear time counter or tape remaining
time in the VCR display or on the TV screen
Each time you press REMAIN/COUNTER, the VCR display
changes m sequence as follows
_' Linear brae courtier _ Tape remaining time (R) _ CLock
The ind_cabon above will also appear on the TV screen by pressing
DISPLAy They are swdchable with REMAIN/COUNTER
To reset the linear time counter to "0:00:00"
The counter Esautomatically reset to 0 00 00' when a cassette =s
ejected [f you want to reset at another po=nt, such as the beginning of a
new recording just press COUNTRESET
Notes
The hnear hme counter does not work on nonrecorded porIions on the tape
When the tape ;s elected or the VCR is turned off the dlsp}ay changes to
clock
it the Iape rewinds back over O000', ' appears in the VCR display
The d_splayed brae of the hnear bme counter is only an appro×lmabon
To view the tape remaining brae In the VCR display, select the
tape length beforehand
