BRIDGE MODE 4 CHANNEL AMPLIFIER
For increasing the output power, the amplifier can be run in bridge mode. In
doing so, the channels 1 and 2 as well as 3 and 4 are connected together
so that there are only two channels available.
The minimum speaker impedance may be 4 ohm. When running in bridge
mode, it is possible to connect 2 speakers (2 or 4 ohm) in series connection,
2 speakers (8 ohm) in parallel connection or only 1 speaker (4 or 8 ohm) per
channel.
A mixed stereo operation e.g. with channel 1 + 2 and bridge operation with
channel 3 + 4 are also possible.
Bridge operation with 2 loudspeakers (4-8 ohm):
Bridge operation with 2 loudspeakers (4 ohm) in series connection
and 2 loudspeakers (4-8 ohm) in parallel connection.
