If you're using Android Auto with your Toyota Car Navigation system and can't hear hands-free call audio, try disconnecting your phone from the USB cable to see if hands-free calls work via the standard hands-free system. If that works, reconnect via Android Auto and increase the system volume to check if the audio is now audible. Also, verify if other sounds are playing through the vehicle’s speakers.
