These earbuds leverage advanced technology to provide a seamless and immersive listening experience.

Function Description

The core function of the TOZO T20M earbuds is to deliver high-quality audio and clear communication through a truly wireless design. They integrate Environmental Noise Cancellation (ENC) technology, which significantly reduces ambient noise by up to 35dB. This feature is particularly beneficial for voice communication, allowing users to engage in clearer conversations even in noisy environments. The dual microphone array precisely calculates the speaker's position, protecting the target voice while eliminating surrounding interference.

The earbuds are designed for easy pairing and connection with Bluetooth-enabled devices. Once paired, they automatically connect to the last used device when removed from the charging case. They support both binaural (using both earbuds) and monaural (using a single earbud) modes, offering flexibility depending on the user's preference or situation.

Touch controls are integrated into the earbud handles, allowing users to manage various functions without needing to access their connected device. These controls include playing/pausing music, skipping tracks, adjusting volume, answering/ending/rejecting calls, and activating the voice assistant.

• Power On/Off: The earbuds automatically power on when the charging case cover is opened and power off when the cover is closed. Alternatively, users can manually power them on by holding the L or R earbud for 3 seconds, or power them off by holding for 5 seconds when not connected to a Bluetooth device.
• Wearing: To optimize noise cancellation and sound quality, users can adjust the wearing angle of the earbuds, gently pushing them into the ear canal. The package includes six sizes of ear tips (XS, S, M, L, XL, XXL), with the M size pre-installed, allowing users to find the most comfortable and effective fit for their ears. It's important to try different sizes as the left and right ears may require different fits.
• Bluetooth Pairing: For initial setup, users simply open the charging box, and the earbuds will automatically enter pairing status. After the left and right earbuds pair with each other, users can search for "TOZO-T20" on their mobile device's Bluetooth settings to connect. Subsequent use will see the earbuds automatically pair with each other and reconnect to the last paired device. If a single earbud is used, the other can remain in the charging box. If an earbud fails to reconnect to TWS, it will enter reconnecting mode and then pair with other devices.

• Charging: The earbuds automatically charge when placed into the charging box. The charging box itself can be charged via a Type-C cable or wirelessly using a compatible wireless charging pad, offering flexibility and convenience.
• Low Battery Alarm: When the earbud battery is low, a reminder will be issued every 10 minutes, accompanied by a white light flashing once every 3 seconds until the battery is depleted and the earbuds power off.
• Reset Function: If issues arise, the earbuds can be reset by placing them in the charging box and long-pressing both the L and R sensing areas for 6 seconds. This can help resolve pairing or connectivity problems.
• Indicator Status: The earbuds provide clear visual cues through indicator lights. A white light on for 1 second indicates power on, while three quick flashes followed by off indicate power off. Quick flashes (once every 0.5 seconds) signify pairing status, and a white light on for 2 seconds confirms successful connection. During an incoming call, the indicator light flashes every 2 seconds. While charging, the white light remains on until fully charged.
• Warning Tones: The earbuds provide audio cues for various statuses, including power on/off, pairing status (broadcast in double earphones), Bluetooth pairing success (broadcast in double earphones), Bluetooth lost, volume adjustment (Du for minimum, Dang for maximum), incoming calls (system-specific ringtones), and answer/hang up calls (Du).
