Download the TP-Link Deco app from your smartphone or tablet's app store.
Open the Deco app and accept the Privacy Policy and Terms of Use.
On the welcome screen, select the 'SIGN UP' option to begin account creation.
Input your email address and create a password, then select 'SIGN UP'.
Keep the Deco App open and check your email for the TP-LINK Cloud activation email.
Click the orange link within the email to complete the TP-Link ID registration process.
Take one mesh point and its power cord out of the box.
Connect the internet line to an ethernet port and plug the mesh unit into power. Do not connect others yet.
Wait for the indicator light on the Deco Mesh unit to begin blinking blue.
Connect your phone to the new Deco WiFi network via phone settings; no password needed.
Navigate back to the TP-Link Deco application on your device.
Tap the 'ACTIVATED & LOG IN' button within the Deco app.
Enter the previously created email and password, then tap 'LOG IN'.
Follow app instructions to add remaining mesh units, connecting all three units.
Select 'I do not have a modem' when prompted, as Citizens Connected does not use modems.
