Connecting the headphones
Conncection cable
The Solitarire P is equipped with exchangeable con-
necting cables. So the headphone can be adapted
optimally to the requirements of different ampliers.
Select the appropriate cable according to the type of
connection of your amplier.
6,35 mm Stereo jack (unbalanced)
4,4 mm Stereo jack (balanced, Pentaconn)
XLR-4-pole connector, balanced (optional accessory)
• Insert the earcup connectors into the openings as
shown in gure 2.
• Please note the markings on the plug and on the
headphones for the right and left channel.
• It may be necessary to turn the plugs slightly to
align the latch of the plug with the socket.
• Insert the connectors until you can hear them click
into place.
• The plug is correctly connected when the plug hou-
sing is ush with the earcup as shown in g. 3.
• If the plug snaps into place as shown in g. 4, the
right and left plugs are connected reversed.

If your amplier is equipped with both connection types (balanced and unbalanced), we recommend the use of
the balanced connection cable (4.4 mm, Pentaconn) for maximum sound quality.
