Operation

Engine Preparation

Follow engine manufacturer's instructions for preparing the engine for operation.

Area Inspection and Debris Removal

Inspect the area to be vacuumed and pick up all harmful objects and litters.

Vacuuming Techniques

For best vacuuming results, operate tractor at recommended speed; mow and vacuum again if grass is high.

Mowing and Vacuuming Integration

Keep discharge chute outside cutting area for better grass pickup when mowing.

Engine Speed and Performance

Maintain engine speed at approximately 3800 RPM no-load for optimum vacuum at 3600 RPM.

Cart Loading and Unloading

Do not overload the cart; shut off engine and disconnect hose when filled.

Slope Operation Caution

Exercise caution on slopes; mow directly up or down hill, do not cut across grade.

Hardware Maintenance

Periodically check all hardware for tightness.

Vibration and Turbine Check

Listen for unusual vibration; stop engine and check for damaged blades if present.
