BACK PANEL
Main Socket and Fuse
The rear panel of the TA30 contains the mains input socket and the mains fuse.
Please check that you are applying the correct mains input voltage to the unit, this is
clearly marked on the rear panel adjacent to the mains inlet socket.
In the event of having to change the mains fuse be sure to replace this with the correct
value and type as indicated on the rear panel.
If the mains fuse should blow a second time then immediately refer the unit to a TRACE
ELLIOT approved service centre for attention. Never replace the fuse with one of a higher
value as this could not only be dangerous but also irreparably damage the unit.
Mains Switch
Once you have checked that you are connecting the correct supply voltage to the unit it
can be powered up by moving the mains POWER switch to its ‘On’ position.
Output Stage
The TA30 uses a 30 Watt power stage employing TRACE ELLIOT’s now well known
DYNAMIC CORRECTION system to achieve a crystal clear and very precise sound from
the single internal 8” speaker and a PIEZO horn.
