Trace Engineering offers the answer for cost effective Inverter/Chargers for any size RV.
Now anyone can enjoy the benefits of AC power on demand. Get all the famous Trace Legend
Series advantages and rugged reliability in one great package. Take household AC appliances
and conveniences on the road without being tied to the shore power cord or dependent on a
noisy generator. Use the microwave, TV, or tools anytime, day or night; then use shore power
or your generator to automatically charge the battery with up to 50 amps of 3 stage,
temperature compensated charging.
“We used to have to start the generator to run the microwave, now we have AC Power
all the time”
Standard Features
• Choose from 3 models 600, 1100, or 1400 watts of high performance AC output.
• Very high surge allows great motor and microwave starting performance.
• Super “long term over-load” allows double the rated output for 5 minutes or more.
• Rugged design allows tough use and years of service.
• Compact size and easy wiring access allow hardwired connections and out-of-the-way Installations.
• High efficiency means hours of operation from your batteries.
• Adjustable low voltage DC disconnect protects batteries from over-discharge.
• Built-in protection against: over-current, short circuit,
overvoltage, undervoltage, over-temperature.
• Low idle power and adjustable search mode protect
batteries from discharge when the unit is not in use.
Standby Option (SB)
• Automatic 30 amp transfer switch allows transparent
switch-over from battery to shore power or generator
and back.
• Built-in 3 stage battery charger with temperature
compensation charges fast and delivers optimum
battery care.
• Selections for flooded or sealed/Gel Cell battery type.
• Selection for deep or shallow discharge protection.
• Automatic shore power black-out and brown-out
protection.
• Automatic neutral/ground switching.
Optional RC8 remote on/off switch
• Remote On/Off switch with status LED, shows Inverter/charger status and fault conditions.
BTS
• Battery Temperature (BTS) allows the charger to compensate the charge rate based on
temperature conditions.
