Problem Root Cause Solution
Either your hands or your
feet are too dry.
Abnormal
measuring results:
- Too high; OR
- Too low; OR
- Huge difference
between two recent
measurement.
No display on
LCD when the
device powers on.
CANNOT proceed
to analyze body fat,
total body water,
muscle mass and
bone mass.
The device
powers off.
Wipe your feet with a damp
cloth, keeping them slightly damp
when starting measurement.
Batteries not yet installed.
Worn batteries.
Low battery.
Install the batteries.

Step onto the platform
wearing socks or shoes.
