Accessing the battery compartment and on/off switch via the top hatch.
Install 8 "AA" batteries into the transmitter, ensuring correct polarity.
Install the plastic antenna tube and tip for the receiver wire.
Place the 7.2V battery pack into the front compartment of the boat.
Adjust the throttle trigger's forward/reverse travel for neutral position.
Adjust throttle trim for motor stop and steering trim for straight travel.
Set the ESC neutral position to ensure the motor does not run.
Set the ESC for maximum motor speed with a green LED indicator.
Change outdrive strut angle to adjust bow height for speed and stability.
Adjust shaft end play in the outdrive housing by loosening the grub screw.
