TROUBLESHOOTING
If your TriPollar Pose VX device is not working, take the following steps before
contacting the service center or store where you purchased the device:
• Ensure that you have removed the device’s protective cover.
•
Ensure the power cord is securely connected to the device, and the power supply
adapter is connected to the electrical outlet.
• Press the Power button and verify that the green indicator light illuminates.
•
Ensure that you applied the preparation gel according to the instructions in this manual.
The device will not work properly without proper application of the preparation gel.
