What to do if my Triride BASE Wheelchair control console switches on but the device won't start?

If the control console of your Triride Wheelchair switches on but the device doesn't start, it could be due to a couple of reasons. First, ensure the motor is securely connected to the control unit, as an incorrect connection can cause this issue (Error info 03). Second, check the speed level setting; if it's set to zero (0), the device won't start. Increase the speed level to a setting between 1 and 5 to resolve this.
