1. Remove the M22 sealing plug and its O-ring located below the torsional damper
housing.
2. Carefully remove the fixing securing the output retaining plate to the upper
crankcase.

NOTICE
There could be one or more shims between the bearing cap and the output shaft
retaining plate.
Note the position of the shims for installation.
