Note the position and orientation of the gear change knuckle for installation.
Note the position of the E-clips and washers for installation.
1. Remove the fixing securing the gear change knuckle to the gear change shaft.
Discard the fixing.
2. Remove the E-clips at either end of the gear change shaft. Discard the E-clips.
3. Withdraw the gear change shaft and noting their position and orientation, collect the
two washers and the gear change knuckle.

4. Release the fixing and remove the selector drum bearing retaining plate. Discard the
fixing.
5. Withdraw the selector drum.
