What to do if my Trojan Technologies Water Filtration System is not operating?

  If your Trojan Technologies Water Filtration System isn't operating, here's what you can check: * **T-120 Temperature Controller:** If equipped with a T-120, the unit automatically shuts off when the temperature exceeds 120°F. It will turn back on when the water cools below 100°F. * **Blown Fuse/Circuit Breaker:** Inspect the main fuse or circuit breaker. Conduct a thorough inspection to identify the cause of the failure. * **GFI:** If your unit has a GFI, resetting it may restore power. * **Power to the Unit:** Verify that the unit is receiving main power. * **ON/OFF Auto Switch:** For units with remote START/STOP capabilities, determine the correct mode of operation.

Why is the UV & Temperature Monitoring System not operating in my Trojan Technologies system?

  If your UV & Temperature Monitoring System is not operating, check the following: * **No Display:** Ensure the system has power. * **Voltage Selector Switch:** Verify that the Voltage Selector Switch on the Printed Circuit Board (PCB) matches the supply voltage. * **Fuse:** Inspect the fuse on the PCB for any damage. * **UV Lamps:** Check the main power to the unit to ensure the UV lamps can turn on. * **GFI:** If equipped, reset the GFI. * **Blown Fuse/Circuit Breaker:** Check the main fuse or circuit breaker. * **Defective Temperature Probe:** If the temperature indicates OP or SH, the probe may be defective. * **System Restart Time Delay:** Check the SW-7-1 switch. CLOSED = 3 minutes, OPEN = 5 seconds.
