Troubleshooting Guide
My device won’t turn on
Make sure the power adaptor is plugged in securely at the
back of the unit, and plugged into a working power outlet.
Press and hold the Power button for a few seconds. If the
light does not come on, please contact customer service.
My device has lost suction
Check the Diamond Tip closely for any hairline cracks,
punctures, or spaces. Remove the Diamond Tip and
ensure that both rubber O-rings are in place. If you
notice cracks or missing O-rings, please contact us
for a replacement.
My Diamond Tip isn’t coarse enough
The Diamond Tip will accumulate skin cell build-up
over time, making it feel smoother. Buff the Diamond Tip
with an unused toothbrush regularly to keep it clear
of skin debris. The Diamond Tip should be replaced every 3-6
months. A replacement can be purchased on our website.
After Treatment
STEP 2:
Replace with a new
filter and push the
Diamond Tip back
into place.
STEP 1:
Gently slide off
the Diamond Tip,
and discard the
black wool filter.
STEP 3:
Wash your face with
cold water to remove
remaining debris
and gently pat dry.
Step 4:
Apply our Argan Stem Cell Serum (not included)
or another high quality anti-aging serum
immediately after each treatment.
You may experience some redness and sensitivity
after your treatments, which will usually subside
within a few hours. Use 2-3 times per week
to help keep your skin looking smooth and radiant.
PRO TIPS FROM OUR TEAM
• Don’t stroke more than 2-3 times in the same spot.
• Apply the diamond tip in slow, smooth strokes
to ensure that the tip remains flush with the skin.
• Gently brush the Diamond Tip with an unused toothbrush
after each use to remove dead skin cells and debris.
• Apply SPF after use as skin is extra sensitive
to sun exposure post-treatment.

by sending an email to sales@trophyskin.com within 30 days of receiving
your device. The following terms will apply to be eligible for our full,

• MiniMD is in new condition.
• You have followed the treatment instructions outlined in this manual.
• Device must be shipped back at your cost with tracking number,
using the shipping method of your choice.
• All included accessories must be returned and must be in new condition.
