If your Troy-Bilt Lawn Mower engine won't start, here's what you can check: * Ensure the PTO/Blade Engage lever is disengaged (OFF). * Engage the parking brake. * Make sure the spark plug wire is connected. * Position the Throttle/Choke control lever to FAST. * Activate the choke by pushing the Throttle/Choke control lever into the Choke position. * Refuel with fresh gasoline (less than 30 days old). * Clear any blockage in the fuel line and replace the fuel filter. * Inspect the spark plug; clean, adjust the gap, or replace if needed. * If the engine is flooded, crank it with the Throttle/Choke control lever in the FAST position.
