Operation
Programed Console Key Functions Red Led Continued:
Heart Rate Cruse Control:
While in any workout, set your current heart rate as your target heart rate by pressing the HRC CRUISE
CONTROL key.
Quick Start :
Quick Start by pressing the START key.
Use the + or - WORKLOAD keys to adjust the workload levels (1-25) at any time during the workout.
Change data readouts by pressing the CHANGE DISPLAY key.
Preset Workouts:
Start a Pre-Set workout by pressing the PRESET WORKOUTS key.
Press the PRESET WORKOUTS key until the desired program appears on the console then press ENTER.
All the Preset workouts are listed below.
Manual
Workout were the user sets the workload and time.
Use the + or - WORKLOAD keys to adjust Time then press ENTER
Use the + or - WORKLOAD keys to adjust Weight then press ENTER
Press START to begin program
Use the + or - WORKLOAD keys to adjust the workload levels (1-25) at any time during the workout
Sports Intervals
Workout with a large change between work and rest intervals.
Use the + or - WORKLOAD keys to adjust Time then press ENTER
Use the + or - WORKLOAD keys to adjust Weight then press ENTER
Press START to begin program
Use the + or - WORKLOAD keys to adjust the workload levels (1-16) at any time during the workout
Easy Intervals
Workout with a moderate change between work and rest intervals.
Use the + or - WORKLOAD keys to adjust Time then press ENTER
Use the + or - WORKLOAD keys to adjust Weight then press ENTER
Press START to begin program
Use the + or - WORKLOAD keys to adjust the workload levels (1-16) at any time during the workout
