Operation
•
Fully Charge the InstaShiatsu
®
+ Full Body Massager before operation.
•
Place the unit on your shoulders and insert your hands through the wrist supports.
•
Turn on the unit by pressing the 'On/Off' button
•
Use the velcro straps within the wrist supports to adjust how high or low you want your arms to
rest and to control the intensity of your massage.
•
As massage spheres rotate, apply pressure to wrist supports as desired to adjust shiatsu
massage intensity. If the massage is too intense, apply less pressure to the wrist supports.
•
Press the reverse button to change rotation direction.
•
Heating is enabled by default upon starting the unit. Press the heat button to deactivate/
reactivate the function.
•
The unit can be operated plugged in via A/C adapter or through the internal battery.
