• The pump is maintenance free only if the following
cautions are followed:
• If there is risk of freezing empty the pump completely
removing the drain cap (J). Remember to purge the pump
before starting up again.
• Check the foot valve (not included) regularly and clean it
if necessary.
• If the pump is not being used for long periods of time, it
is advisable to empty the pump, rinse with clean water and
store it in a dry place.
• If the pump shaft is not rotating freely use a screwdriver to
release it. Insert the screwdriver in the rear orifice of the
pump (K).
Disconnect the pump from the water
supply before carrying up maintenance jobs.
