What to do if I get an error message during scanning with my Trust Easy Scan 19200?

If you encounter an error message during scanning with your Trust Scanner, it could be due to several reasons. First, ensure that your hard disk has sufficient free space; you need approximately three times the image size as free space. If space is limited, free up space or choose a lower resolution. Also, when scanning an A4 format in color, select a maximum resolution of 300 dpi. For small originals (1.3 x 1.3 cm), only select a resolution above 1200 dpi.
