RIP™ Group Training Station Assembly3 RIP™ Group Training Station Assembly 3
(A) Place base plate at desired workout location, and load (4) 45
lbs. weight plates to secure station. (B) Make sure that all tabs
extending from base plate are inside the dome. (C) Place Group
Station Tower atop interior post, threaded bolt into thread hole, and
position tower vertically. (D) Turn Group Station Tower in a clockwise
direction until tightly secured.
