A. FlREBERD 6000's PATlgRN SYNC LED is illuminated (indicating a signal is present).
B. RREBERD 6000's FRM SYNC LETl is illuminaled (if PBM SYNC is not illuminated, go back to Step Za and decl
the appropriate frame formal).
