pulses. After the skin test, wait for 60 minutes and check your skin for
any reaction. If after 60 minutes the skin appears normal and there is
no redness or other skin reaction, then you are ready to perform a full
treatment.
The device has 5 energy levels, the higher the level,the greater the
strength,the better the effect. Choose the suitable energy level
according to your skin tolerance and increase energy level from one to
five level gradually. If there isn't unsuitable or reaction, you could
increase energy level gradually. Don't hold the applicator window still
over one spot on the skin and flash multiple pulses on the skin. Doing
so may cause too much heat and may result in skin swelling, blisters,
or temporary or permanent changes in the color of your skin. After
each flash,move the treatment window slowly to the next skin spot.
1) Warranty period
The warranty of the device is 2 years from the date of purchase.
2) Warranty scope
If the system is within the warranty period, the company will replace new
product for you after checking non-artificial reason. Other faults resulted
from abnormal use and force majeure are not within the warranty scope.
3) Warranty limits
●When applying for free maintenance for the product that is within
warranty period, users should show valid proof of purchase (such as
invoice, warranty card etc).
●Free maintenance is not provided for the damaged products which are
resulted from our improper pacing when you are sending back the device.
●The company is not responsible for the following situations and will not
provide warranty service in case of the following situations.
Faults and damage resulted from the fire, earthquake, the behavior
of a third party, fault or misuse caused by users, usage under other
abnormal conditions and unpredictable events.
The attached damage caused by the usage of the products ( such as
loss of business benefit, interruption of business including the loss
results from the usage of system and the cost resulted from the
replacement of equipment,device or service, or the claim required by
users).
Damage resulted from the operation which is beyond content of the
instruction,
Including: the uncontrollable situations; the required service and parts
for solving problems resulted from the usage of accessories, fittings or
substitutes that are not sold by the company; and the required service
for solving problems resulted from acceptableness or illegal
disassembly and assembly of instrument without following the
instructions.
Faults or damage resulted from the working environment which is not
for the product including overload.
Improper storage by users ( such as damages caused by rats and
liquid infiltration).
