To adjust the position of the saddle in relation to the bottom bracket regarding your body size a
perpendicular is needed.
Position your bike a horizontal surface, get on your bike and align your crank-arms in a horizontal position.
Ask a second person to drop down a perpendicular from the patella of your anterior leg. If the saddle
position is correct, the perpendicular drops down 5 mm in front of the pedal axle. You should shift the
saddle forward or backward until you reach this position (see figure 3).
