TUNE grants a two-year warranty from the date of purchase on material defects and production errors. On
wearing parts like bearings, rims, spokes, and pawls TUNE grants a one year Warranty. Warranty claims
can only be made if a copy of an original sales invoice of a TUNE authorised dealer is submitted. The
invoice needs to clearly state the claimed goods. In case of warranty claim please contact your local
dealer where you purchased our product. Repairs and rebuildings outside of warranty (2 years from the
date of purchase) are not free of charge.
There is no claim for warranty services for:
• normal wear
• improper use or careless treatment
• disregard of the assembly and operating instruction manual or service instructions
• inappropriate repair, assembly, or maintenance works or negligence
• Defects and damages due to the fact that no original TUNE spare parts were used
• Defects and damages caused by wrong lacing (lacing pattern, spoke cross pattern, spoke tension)
• Removal or modification of serial numbers
Warranty claims have to be sent to the local TUNE distributor and are subject to the assessment of TUNE.
Based on this warranty, the company TUNE is not liable for compensation, especially not for indirect
damage caused by accidents, collateral damage and consequential damage. TUNE reserves the right to
repair defective parts or to replace them with a follow-up model. If a component of the same type is no
longer available, we reserve the right to use a replacement part that may differ in shape and color from the
original component. There is no claim for goods of the same type. There is no warranty on consistency of
color. All anodized parts can bleach in sunlight.
