Issue Cause Advice
The pressure does
not rise in my Micro
Pressure Cooker.
Pressure indicator valve, or
pressure
regulator valve or silicone cover gasket
are not correctly assembled or missing.
Dirty safety devices or food particles may be on the rim: See
instructions “5. How to clean your Micro Pressure Cooker?
Safety devices are damaged: replace them.
“4.2 Checkup on
daily use”.
The quantity of food in the Micro
Pressure cooker is too high.
Never exceed 2/3 of the capacity of the Micro Pressure Cooker

Cover is not properly closed / safety lock
handle is not down.
See instructions “4.5 How to close your Micro Pressure
Cooker?
Safety lock plug is not in place. Put back the safety lock plug into the safety lock handle.
Silicone cover gasket is leaking.
Place back in position as instructed in section “5. How to clean
your Micro Pressure Cooker? and section “4.2 Checkup on
daily use”.
There is not enough liquid in the
Micro Pressure Cooker.
See section “7. Main cooking times”.
The microwave settings are too low.
A minimum power of 600-900 Watt is needed. Check the
instructions “7. Main cooking times”.
My Micro Pressure
Cooker boils dry.
 See instructions “7. Main cooking times”.
Maximum allowed cooking time has
been exceeded.
Do not cook for more than 30 min at a time.
Quantity of food is too small.


My Micro Pressure
Cooker is leaking.
The gasket is not positioned well.
See instructions “4.5 How to close your Micro Pressure
Cooker?
The valves are not working anymore. Inspect the valves for clewanliness and damage.
The gasket is damaged. Replace the gasket and valves.
Pressure Regulator
Valve doesn’t work.
If the pressure regulator valve is
blocked and the pressure exceeds a
certain level, then the pressure indicator
valve will release the excess of pressure.
This is a built in safety feature.
Check the regulator valve and cover for defect and cleanliness.
