Always refer to the instruction booklet of your microwave manufacturer for appropriate product
usage.
We recommend using MicroCook for no more than the maximum cooking time of 30 min. for
maximum 800W.
MicroCook products are for microwave use only; do not use them on the stove top, in a
conventional oven or under the grill. For combination microwave ovens, ensure your programme
does not switch to the oven or grill functions automatically.
Always allow your microwave oven to cool down before placing a MicroCook container in it.
The microwave oven cooks food much faster than a regular oven, so cook for short intervals and
check the food frequently.
Do not exceed food temperatures of 200°C. Do not heat foods unattended. It is recommended to
stir the food during reheating or cooking. Be sure to put the hard cover back after stirring.
If food is overcooked in the microwave oven, it can reach temperatures in excess of 200°C,
which will damage the containers. Take particular care with small quantities of food, or foods with
high fat or sugar content such as gravy, sugar syrups, bacon, and meat with a bone. Check small

Oven gloves are recommended for safety when removing the product from the microwave.
After cooking or reheating, always leave the container to stand on a trivet on the worktop for a
few minutes to allow the heat to distribute evenly.
Always open the MicroCook cover so that the hot steam is directed away from you.
The soft seals are to be used for transportation in upright position and fridge or freezer storage
only. Remember to remove the soft seal before cooking or reheating and to replace it with the
hard cover.

Do not poach or boil eggs; do not make frying, homemade caramel or popcorn in the containers.
Do not use metal kitchen utensils or any sharp objects as these will scratch the product.
Use Tupperware tools which will not scratch your product (except the Tupperware metal whisks
as the wires might cause scratches).
