What to do if my Turbolock Door locks doesn't work?

Why can't I open my Turbolock Door locks?

  There are a couple of reasons why you might not be able to open your Turbolock door. It could be that too much time has passed since you entered the passcode. Try entering the passcode again, and remember to turn the handle while the lock's backlight is still on. Alternatively, your access might be restricted. What to do if I forgot my Turbolock Door locks codes?

  To address forgotten codes on your Turbolock, perform a reset to erase all passcodes. Note that if you've forgotten your Admin Passcode, you'll need access to the back of the door to complete the reset. After the reset, all passcodes will be erased, and the Admin Passcode will revert to its default value. You'll then need to pair the TL115 to your smartphone again.
