      There could be a couple of reasons why you're experiencing no sound or low sound with your Turtle Beach Headsets. First, check if the volume control is turned down. If so, press the Volume Up button on the Ear Force Headset Audio Controller. If necessary, press the Game button of the Chat/ Game Mix. Another possible cause is a loose connector. Ensure that each plug is fully and firmly inserted.

      If your Turtle Beach Headsets microphone isn't working, there are a couple of things to check. First, make sure the microphone isn't muted by pressing the Mic Mute button on the Ear Force Headset Audio Controller. Also, ensure the mic boom is fully inserted into the jack on the left earcup. Disconnect the mic boom from the headset and plug it back in, making sure you hear a click to confirm it's properly connected.

Check if the chat volume control is turned down by pressing the Chat Button on the Chat/Game Mix of the Ear Force Headset Audio Controller. Also, make sure that each plug is inserted firmly and fully, as a loose connector can cause this issue.

      If the Mic Monitor feature isn't working on your Turtle Beach Headsets, it might be turned off. Long-press the Mic Button on the Headset Audio Controller to toggle the Mic Monitor between Off, Low, and High. Please note that the Mic Monitor is only available when using the Headset Audio Controller.
