Line up the included Mounting Brackets with the rough
edges facing down on the Base Plate directly over the toilet
bolt holes. The Mounting Brackets should click into the grooves
in the Base Plate to stay in place.
Slide the Bolt Washers onto the Mounting Bolts. Insert
the Mounting Bolts through the top of the Mounting Brackets.
Tighten them using a Phillips head screwdriver by turning
clockwise until the Base Plate is tight enough to stay in place.
This could take a little while— just keep screwing. Be careful
not to overtighten. Remove the Mounting Template once
the bolts are screwed down and the Base Plate is secure.
TUSHY TIP
While you’re tightening the screws, check intermittently
to see if the Mounting Bracket feels snug. If it still wiggles,
keep tightening. If it feels snug, you’re all set!
