Front spray
Now do the opposite to clean your front.
Bidets are great at cleaning vulvas, too!
Slowly turn the knob clockwise while
seated (away from the toilet tank) to
gradually increase the water pressure.
Rear spray
To wash your booty after pooping, turn
the knob counterclockwise while seated
(toward the toilet tank). The water pressure
increases the more you turn the knob,
and every house has dierent pressure.
So go slow to start!
