Self maintenance procedure
Clutch cable inner replacement
Removal
● Loosen the stopper nut at rear
● Remove cable from release lever ( A )
● Take out the cable from stopper
● Disconnect cable from lever end
● Pull out cable inner from lever end
Assembly
● Connect cable to clutch lever
● Insert cable inner through cable outer
● Connect adjuster to stopper clutch cable at engine end
● Pull out clutch inner through clutch release lever and pinge
bolt
● Tighten pinge bolt
● To adjust free play, loosen pinch bolt pull cable in or out
and tighten pinge bolt.
