Make sure…
– Bluetooth on your smartphone is turned on.
– Your hearing aid is fully charged.
– Your hearing aid is within 5 feet of your smartphone.
– You’re using iPhone 5 or above with iOS 9 or higher;

Android 6 or above.
Tweak Enhance utilizes Bluetooth® Low Energy for
communication between the app and hearing aids.
It does not support streaming music or phone calls.
