1.3. REASSEMBLY

Reassemble them in reverse order of

disassembly in accordance with the

following instructions.

1)Be sure to keep oil off of the clutch disc,the

pressure plate,and the flywheel.

2) Apply a thin coat of molybdenum disulfide-

based grease to revolving or sliding parts

prior to reassembly.

Note:

Be sure not to apply too much grease because

this will cause clutch slippage.

3) When installing the clutch disc on the

flywheel,turn the longer protrusion of the

hub towards the flywheel.The reverse

installation will damage the clutch cover or

the disc.When installing the dual clutch

assembly,use a special tool.

4) Adjust the release lever height with the

centering tool.

0.7mm
