Perkins is not responsible for resultant damage to an emission related part or component resulting from:
• Any application or installation Perkins deem improper.
• Attachments, accessory items or parts not sold nor approved by Perkins.
• Improper engine maintenance, repair or abuse.
• Owners unreasonable delay in making the product available after being notified of a potential
product problem.
This warranty is in addition to Perkins standard warranty applicable to the engine product involved
Remedies under this warranty are expressly limited to the provision of material and services as specified
herein Perkins will not be responsible for any incidental, indirect or consequential loss, damage, expense or
cost (including but not limited to loss of profits, contracts or production) of any nature howsoever arising
out of or in connection with this warranty.
