MAINTENANCE
DAILY MAINTENANCE
1. Use the attached drain hose to empty the dirty
water from the recovery tank. (See Figure 14)
2. Remove lid and check that dirty water tank float is
undamaged, clean and moves freely on pin.
(See Figures 15 and 16)
3. Lift off recovery tank to clean. (See Figure 17)
DANGER! Use suitable personal protective
equipment to drain detergent tank.
4. Move machine near
a drain to empty tank.
Unscrew the detergent
tank drain cap. When
tank is completely empty,
screw the cap back on
again. (See Figure 18)
5. Clean the detergent drain filter by unscrewing the
tank filter cap and removing the filter assembly.
Clean thoroughly and re-secure in place.
(See Figure 19)
6. Clean brush and check squeegee is clean and
blades are not damaged. (See Figure 20)
7. Check battery charge. (See Figure 21)
8. To recharge batteries, plug in battery charger using
electrical cord provided with machine. Charge is
complete when the green LED light is on.
