4.5 Cleaning the SPA
The cleaning of the SPA does not require any special care or maintenance. Remove dirt with soap. water, a damp cloth and a soft brush, if
required. Never use hard brushes or abrasive cleaning and scouring products.
4.6 Repairs
If the PVC wall of the SPA has small holes or punctures these can be securely and invisibly repaired with the repair patches supplied with the
SPA.
- Thoroughly clean and dry the area to be repaired.
- Spread the adhesive evenly over the back of the repair patch and press the patch over the damaged area.
- Smooth the surface to remove any air bubbles.
4.7 Winter storage
1. Drain all the water from the SPA
2. Remove the filter cartridge
3. Clean and dry the SPA and attachments
4. Expel all the air from the SPA
5. Loosely fold up the SPA, avoiding sharp corners to prevent damage
6. Store the SPA in a dry, frost-free place.
8. The original packaging can be used for storage.
CAUTION:
• Plastic can become brittle and fragile when it is exposed to sub-zero temperatures.
• Freezing can severely damage the SPA. Improper winter storage may invalidate the warranty.
• Ubbink Garden B.V. cannot accept liability for damage to the SPA and its components resulting from the use of antifreeze agents.

Troubleshooting

Wait until the air pump has cooled down, then press the
BUBBLE button to activate the function

The temperature is set too low Set a higher temperature (20-40°C)
The filter cartridge is dirty Replace the filter cartridge
The water level is too low Top up the water level

Problems with the filter / air heater unit
Call our customer service department if the filter function
cannot be reactivated
Voltage is too low or the wrong frequency Call a qualified electrician
Leakage
Tear or puncture Use the enclosed repair kit
The water is not clean
Insufficient filter time Increase the filter time
The filter cartridge is dirty Replace the filter cartridge
Incorrect water treatment Read the instructions of the chemicals manufacturer
