Warranties
Ubco Limited provides the following limited warranties for all new Ubco 2×2 electric bikes:
Motors
Free from defects in material and workmanship
for 2 years from original retail purchase.
• Motor warranty will be voided if the motor is
opened and modified by the customer. Any
motor maintenance should be performed by an
Ubco Certified Technician.
• The gears are considered a wear and tear item
and should be regularly inspected and replaced
in the event of wear; wear is related to the level
and type of use.
• Planetary Gears and elements of the motor
system are designed to protect the main motor.
In extreme stress they may be damaged in
order to protect the motor’s integrity. The
motor warning light will provide an indicator if
something has malfunctioned.

Frame
• Free from structural defects in material
and workmanship for 3 years from original
retail purchase.
• Warranty does not cover damage caused by
over-torquing, cross threading or other damage
caused by attempted repair by unauthorised
service personal.
Battery
• Free from defects in material and workmanship
for 2 years from original retail purchase.
Parts / Components
• Free from defects in material and workmanship
for 6 months from original retail purchase.
These warranties do not apply to parts or
components subject to normal wear and tear (e.g.
tyres, tubes, cables, motor gears, brake pads).
