Replace filter every 8 hours or when basin water is dirty. Replacement filters are Part # 10-0005.
Place the basket of instruments inside the ultrasonic basin.
Connect the basket irrigation hose to the main irrigation port on the right side of the basin.
Ensure detergent is ultrasonically compatible, neutral pH, and low foaming. Sanizyme is recommended.
Turn on the main power switch and push CYCLE SELECT to access the Cycle Select screen.
Select either Short Wash (8 min) or Long Wash (13 min) based on instrument soil level.
Choose from Wash No Drain, Wash With Drain, Lumen, Rinse & Air Purge, or Drain Basin cycles.
Adjust irrigation flow for Lumen cycle if chosen. Ultrasonics activate only when the lid is closed.
Use Rinse & Air Purge to inspect instruments. Repeat wash if not clean. Close lid before air purge.
After verifying instruments are clean, proceed with the sterilization process.
