Export Control Policy
Vacuum pumps that pump nitrogen gas at pumping
speed of 15000L/S or more fall under row 2(35) of
appended table 1 of Japan’s Export Trade Control Order,
which is based on international export control regimes.
Customers must follow all related rules and regulations
such as Foreign Exchange and Foreign Trade Act and
take appropriate procedures when exporting or
re-exporting those products.

      The refrigerator may not be running due to several reasons: * Faulty or improperly connected remote input-output cables. If the commands from the equipment side are correct, examine the remote input-output cables and their connections. * Too many impurities in the helium gas. Please refer to the cryopump manual for guidance. * The power-supply voltage is too low. Ensure the power-supply voltage is within the correct range. * A relay fault inside the Controller or a fault such as refrigerator cable disconnection. Consider replacing the refrigerator cable.

      If the “PWR” indicator is not lighting up, it could be due to a few reasons. First, the input power voltage might be lower than the rated voltage, or there could be an open phase (S-T). Check the power supply and correct it. Second, there might be a power failure or CP1 malfunction. Turn CP1 ON; if it trips again, it may indicate a need for servicing. Finally, the power supply (DC24V) inside the controller might have failed.

      The compressor might not restart after a short power interruption because the “Alternate operating mode” does not have a restart function for short power interruptions. “Momentary operating mode” enables the compressor to restart if the electric power recovers within 2 seconds after interruption. Also, it can be that the electric power interruption is longer than set time (2 seconds), so the compressor needs restart.

      The Elapsed Time Meter display is dark because the battery for the Elapsed Time Meter is low. The battery life is more than 6 years. Replace the Elapsed Time Meter.
