2. Filters Cleaning and Installing
Rotate the primary filter and take it off.
Wash them with cold water.
Install the filter to the primary filter.
Take out the filter.
Wait until they are thoroughly dry.
Install all filters to the main motor.

Q1. The vacuum has no suction power

A1. The dust box is full.

1. Please use the original adapter to charge the
battery. It usually takes 4-4.5 hours to be fully
charged.
2. Check and remove the blockage in attachments.
Clean all filters if necessary.
3. Your vacuum should be operated at a suitable
ambient temperature.
1. Please use the original adapter to charge the
battery. The original adapter is 26.5V.
2. Please try another outlet to charge.
3. Charge the battery under the right temperature
environment(5℃-40℃)

white filter if it couldn't filter out dust anymore.
