27.1 How to install and detach boom length detector
If the cord is wound up beyond the yellow tape, the potentiometer built in the
boom length detector may be damaged.
attention not to wind up the cord beyond the yellow tape.
＜How to install boom length detector＞
①Retract the boom to its extreme to install the boom length detector.
②Connect the cord of boom length detector to the connectors of over-winding detector and
of load cell amplifier for load detection.
③In order to facilitate next maintenance, move the stopper for preventing over-wound located
at the window in the boom length detector to the boom top.
When the boom length detector is installed and detached, follow the steps illustrated below by paying
