After assembling,
apply grease to
engaging tooth
surfaces of the gear.

Apply"LOCTITE#242"

Pay attention
to its direction.

Rotate the gear shaft to
check that the pawl makes
a smooth movement.
Brake Shoe Ajusting procedures
1.Tighten the castle nut lightly with a spanner.
2.After tighning,loosen the castle nut for approx.1/6 turn
and within this range align the castle nut with the hole in the gear shaft
;and fix it with the split pin.
3.Replace the break shoe every 3years.
