  There are a couple of reasons why your mobile device might not be able to control the Unical Wireless Router: * If the air conditioner (WLAN module) is rebooted and the app displays 'Device remove', ignoring this confirmation will cause the mobile device to lose control permission. The solution is to connect the air conditioner by CF mode again. * In the event of a power failure, the mobile device will lose control permission for 3 minutes after the power is restored. If you still cannot control the app after this time, you will need to connect the air conditioner by CF mode again.

  If the air conditioner can't be configured successfully, check that the mobile device is connected to the correct WLAN router SSID and that the password is correct. Try rebooting the WLAN router, the mobile device, and the air conditioner (WLAN module), then try connecting the air conditioner again using CF mode.
