2. 사절타이밍조절
/ ADJUSTING THE THREAD TRIMMING TIMING
☞
사절캠의 위치 조정
ⓐ 고정나사①을 풀어 주십시오.
ⓑ 미싱 풀리를 돌리고, 침봉이 최하위치에서 H상승했을 때 사절솔레노이드②를 누릅니다.
ⓒ 사절 솔레노이드②를 누른 상태에서 사절캠③의 홈부를 고로축④에 접하도록 하고, 고정나사①를
체결해 주십시오.
ⓓ 사절솔레노이드②를 복귀했을 때 사절캠③ 단면과 고로축④ 단면이 틈이 약 0.5㎜가 되어 있는 것을
확인하여 주십시오.
※ 고정나사①는 약 40㎏/㎠로 체결해 주십시오.

Thread trimming clutch position
ⓐ Loosen the screw①.
ⓑ And turn the machine pulley until the needle bar is raised 5㎜ above its lowest position,
then depress the thread trimming solenoid②.
ⓒ With the thread trimming solenoid② depressed, fit the indentation of the thread trimming
clutch③ over the roller shaft④.
when the space between the side faces of the thread trimming clutch③ and the roller shaft④
is 0.6~0.8㎜, tighten the screw① so that the indentation of the thread trimming clutch③
contacts the roller shaft④.
ⓓ Check that the space between the side faces of the thread trimming clutch③ and the roller
shaft④ is 0.5㎜ when the thread trimming solenoid① is returned ti its original position.
※ Tighten the screw① with a torque of approx 40 ㎏/㎠.
