IF YOUR SOLUTIONi CONTROL DOES NOT HAVE QC IN THE MODEL
NUMBER, YOU HAVE TO BE IN CONSTANT VOLTAGE MODE (PROGRAM
997, ENTER, 11). In this case the display will show 00% for the WELD HEAT.
To make a starting weld, set WELD HEAT to 50%, make a test weld, and start
increasing the WELD HEAT% until you reach the desired weld quality.
D6.3 TAP FAULT FUNCTION: If the welding current in this program
requires that the WELD HEAT be set ABOVE 90% or BELOW 60%, the display
will show:
